What does the water mean to humans?

healthy water

Water is one of the most common substances on earth, an important resource for all life, including humans, and the most important part of life. Water plays an important role in the evolution of life. Humans have long understood water, which is considered to be an essential part of the ancient and simple material concept of East and West. Crystala water filter

Water is any living thing on the earth, the essential material of the living body. The soil lacking water can not breed organisms. Fresh water is an essential element for irrigating and breeding terrestrial organisms. The source of fresh water, conservation, storage and utilization are important issues in the world. The total water reserves on the earth is about 1.36x1018m3, but except for the salty water resources such as the ocean, only 2.5% is fresh water. Freshwater is mainly in the form of glaciers and deep groundwater. Freshwater in rivers and lakes accounts for only 0.3% of the world's total freshwater. The World Meteorological Organization pointed out in early 1996: Water shortage is the primary problem facing cities all over the world. It is estimated that by 2050, 46% of the world's urban population will face water shortage. For areas with scarce water resources, water has exceeded the scope of living resources and become a strategic resource. Due to the rarity of water resources, the possibility of a water war is getting higher and higher. In order to make the world concerned about the shortage of fresh water resources, the 47th UN General Assembly decided to set March 22 every year as World Water Day. In the early days, people would use groundwater. However, the use of groundwater would cause the formation to sink and destroy the underground structure, causing permanent damage that cannot be recovered, and possibly blocking groundwater. Therefore, many countries have banned the use of groundwater to avoid permanent damage.

In this case, water is so important to us. As the pollution of water resources becomes more and more serious, should we use water filters to increase the quality of water? I think this is absolutely necessary.

Water pollution is the change of chemical, physical, biological or radioactive characteristics of water bodies caused by the intervention of certain substances, thus affecting the effective use of water, endangering human health or destroying the ecological environment. The most important indicator in water is dissolved oxygen. When foreign matter enters a body of water, they are decomposed by microorganisms and oxidized by dissolved oxygen, thereby consuming a certain amount of dissolved oxygen. This is called the “self-purification ability” of water bodies. If there are too many foreign substances, the dissolved oxygen is completely consumed, which is more than the water. Self-purification ability, aquatic organisms will suffocate to death due to lack of oxygen, which is a state of pollution. If the contaminated water is consumed or irrigated by the organism, it will seriously damage the health of the organism, causing the organism to be destroyed, weaken and cause disease. In severe cases, it will lose its life.
